Customer Support Package

Support from Boost/OVO

As part of the OVO family, Boost customers can access OVO’s Customer Support Package.

This winter, we’re enhancing our ongoing Customer Support Package offering extra help to our customers who need it most. The dedicated winter support package is open from 30 October. It’s there to give financial and practical support to eligible customers, who are struggling as a result of high energy costs.
