At Boost, we love your energy – and we know being a parent takes lots if it. So we thought it was about time to give mums and dads out there a little back, with the Give Me The Energy Awards.

Every week, for the next four weeks, we’ll award prizes to mums and dads who send in the best photos of the moments when the kids really put their energy to the test.

Five lucky winners a week will win a £100 voucher from a range of partners, for a well-earned boost. Then, at the end of the four weeks, one of our weekly winners will also win the grand prize – £2,000 to spend on a holiday for all the family. What better way to get your energy back?
